The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds.

There are 2 separate living rooms - 1 on each level of the house - as well as a dining room flowing off the kitchen. There is also a TV room on each level, both with videos.

The main level opens onto a large balcony, covered with beautiful bougainvilleas and facing north over Pittwater with outisde dining table and a large gas BBQ perfect for afternoon meals.

The house also has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning which keeps the house cool in summer and warm in winter. There are also level lawns flowing off the downstairs living room
out to the back garden.

The house is available all year and is perfect for families or those wanting to be in a relaxing area enjoying the best of what Clareville has to offer.
