Two bedrooms with QS beds. Rumpus room/bedroom with double/single bunk plus single and includes games table and TV. Reverse cycle heater/air conditioners in lounge and rumpus room. Bathroom includes bath and separate shower.

Great undercover entertaining deck with gas BBQ, outdoor dining and patio blinds. Great place to relax with tree top views and beautiful sunsets.

For the kids - toys, games table, TV, puzzles, books and beach toys provided.

Large fully fenced garden makes this a fun destination for families with young children. Dogs welcome (surcharge may apply) outside or in the laundry ONLY - subject to prior arrangement.

All bedding linen provided - BYO towels.

Minimum 2 night bookings only.
No "Schoolie" bookings.

Within walking distance to 16th Beach (600 metres) - ocean side at Rye which has many rockpools at low tide. A 5 min drive to Rye shops, cafes and safe swimming bayside beach.

Renowned Peninsula Golf courses and wineries are just a short drive away.

Less than 5 minutes drive to Peninsula Hot Springs health spa, the only naturally heated mineral springs in Victoria.

PRICING

Rental per night (minimum 2 nights):

$200 per night long weekends/school holidays
$140 per night other periods (3 nights or more)
$160 per night (If 2 nights only)

For up to 4 people.
Extra adult $20 per night
Extra child $10 per night

Minimum Rental over Easter Holidays (5 Nights) $1000 (for up to 4 adults)

If renting on a weekly basis (for up to 4 people):

NOTE::$200 bond repayable within 14 days if property undamaged.
