Large extremely comfortable 3 bedroom house in beautiful Silverleaves, Phillip Island. Very quiet court location. Perfect for couples/families. Safe secure backyard with lovely big tree. 2 QS beds and 3 singles, plus spare mattress. Sleeps 7/8. 5 minute walk to beach / golf and close to penguins / shops / cafes /restaurants /surf beach / grand prix track.
Ducted heating and wood fire. Air conditioning to lounge room. Ceiling fans in lounge and all bedrooms. All modern conveniences supplied. Very large comfortable lounge.
You will not be disappointed.

Do everything or nothing at all!!

If you are looking for things to do then this is the house to base yourself from. A short drive to the world famous penguins, seal rock and the magnificent blow hole or the annual Grand Prix bike race. Perhaps a walk to the beach, a round of golf, lunch at the nearby Silverleaves cafe and gift shop all within 5 minutes walk.
Maybe staying home for the day is in order. Enjoy coffee on the long patio or sit back and read watching the rabbits and birds and looking out over the uninterupted view across the beautiful golf course. Then perhaps a BBQ at night sitting outside with all the peace and quiet you could want.
And if you are looking for restaurants and more activity the Cowes shops are a leisurely walk or quick 3 minute drive away. Enjoy the pier and even a ferry trip.

Come home to all you need

The house will not disappoint. All modern comforts and lots of room to spread yourselves out. Come on your own, bring a friend or two or bring another family! There's room for you all.

Please note that linen can be supplied at a cost of $10 per bed per stay and towels at $10 per person at prior arrangement.
