This well appointed 2 bedroom home is situated approximately 400 metres from Santa Casa Beach.
The modern kitchen extends to a dining room and further to a lounge/living area. Bedroom 1 contains a queen size bed, bedroom 2 contains 2 singles, each with a trundle.
The property would be ideal for 2 couples or a family up to six by utilizing the trundle beds, in the 2nd bedroom.
Exterior features include a timber deck with a modern outdoor setting, BBQ and umbrella. A secure yard plus a large double carport. 2 Bikes supplied.
Walk to shops, galleries, beach and Swan Bay.
