A 50 metre stroll through coastal rainforest brings you to a beautiful stretch of beach located between two national parks. One of the worlds best surf breaks, Broken Head point is a further 15 minutes walk along the beach.
If you are not familiar with Suffolk Park, I can promise you will not be disappointed. It is the quintessence of what Byron offers and yet remains incredibly unpopulated to the crowds and traffic of Byron (which is just a five minute drive away).
INTERIOR
Outdoor areas blend effortlessly with the interior as the glass bi-fold doorways and windows open to bring the outdoors in. The kitchen is large and spacious.
Three metre high ceilings add to the spacious feel of the open plan lounge area. A contemporary modular lounge provides comfortable seating. Sit back and enjoy a DVD or cable TV on the plasma screen or just relax and soak up the tropical surrounds.
Capable of sleeping up to six on one serviceable level. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third two single beds, all with built-ins. The main bathroom has a shower with separate bath plus a separate toilet.
All beds and bedding are of the highest quality ensuring a blissful nights sleep.
OUTDOOR LIFESTYLE
The outdoor kitchen offers guests a holiday from the everyday. The 6 burner gas BBQ and integrated hot and cold sink are set in stainless steel. Combined with the adjacent outdoor living room this becomes the ultimate entertaining area.
The pool has a beach area ideal for children to play or those wanting to simply kick back and relax.
If it's your dream to spend the day by the turquoise sea lapping on a white sandy beach, broken only by the shadows of tall palm trees in the late afternoon being the signal to start planning your evening, then Tiare's is the destination for you.

I could note rate this property any higher, we spent our Christmas here and it exceeded our expectations. The location of the property is a good 10 minute drive from the main beach and town of Byron ��� but our neighboring beach Tallows & Broken head more than made up for it, especially for anyone who is a keen surfer would appreciate these beaches over the main beach that tends to get very packed during high season. Dealing with realtor of this property was also a pleasure. We look forward to our next stay here!

Well presented house great for chilling out away from the hustle and bustle of byron bay town centre. The beach is easily accessible and the location was quiet which made for a great weekend getaway. The main ensuite was beautifully presented as was all the bedroom and linen. The kitchen needs a little updating but was in working order. It would of been great to have a heated pool as a little luxury. Recommended for couples and families.

This place was fantastic. Very spacious and modern. Great outdoor lounge area, bbq and pool. Just across the road from beautiful Tallow Beach. We had a very relaxing weekend, thank you.

We thought it was a fabulous property lending itself to outside entertaining in particular. Beautifully presented and maintained. Excellent location to beach and only a short drive into Byron Bay.

Tiare's is the perfect holiday house in Byron. It has everything you could possibly need and more. We especially loved the outdoor entertaining area, the pool and outdoor shower. It's location on Tallow's is very convenient and nice to be away from the craziness of Byron town. I would definitely stay there again.

Tiares provided a sensational schoolies location for me and a group of friends. We absolutely loved the relaxed, tropical feel of the place and the practicality of the outdoor/indoor entertainment areas. My friends and I would strongly recommend Tiares as your next holiday location: everything you could possibly want (plasma tv, BBQ area, pool and outdoor shower, 2 bathrooms, lock up garage etc), 2 minutes walk from the beautiful Tallows Beach yet extremely private and relaxed! We loved it!!!
