New fully equipped kitchen with Microwave and Dishwasher and Reserve Cycle Air Conditioning.
The 3rd room(Back games and TV Room)includes DVD player and TV for the kids alone to enjoy.
The adults can enjoy there own lounge area(extra king single sofa bed) with TV/DVD/VHS and CD player. Lock up garage and heaps of room to park up to two cars and boats, as 300m to the boat ramp.Full laundry available with Dryer and washing machine and Gas Barbeque for entertaining .
Sit on the large deck and take in the 180 degree water views of the the Brisbane Waters, all located at the Prestige Orange Grove area.
All you need to bring along is your OWN LINEN/TOWELS , HOWEVER TEA TOWELS,BLANKETS,DOONAS,PILLOWS ARE SUPPLIED AND ENJOY that well deserved break from the city.

Ettalong Beach/Booker Bay

Great Location for all major attractions available in the Booker Bay/Ettalong and Umina Beach Area.
Short drive to the major shopping loacted at Woy Woy and some of the great restaurants and eating places are so near by.
Enjoy the entertainment at the New Ettalong Resort and Club which is a few minutes drive and so is the Ettalong Beach Cinema to see the latest box office movies. Not to forget the great ferry services available to Palm Beach and the Hawkesbury River and the popular weekend markets at Ettalong.
Local Kayaking and Boat hire is available.
A short walk to the swimming Aquatic Centre.
Alternatively, take the kids fishing,bushwalking or take a quick 2 min drive or 15 minutes walk to the beach or just sit back, relax, have a drink and enjoy the view from your own private balcony.

Great Holiday house for the adults and kids, suitable for a large family and inlaws or two families that want to share a holiday and are budget minded but still want to enjoy and have a well deserved break from the normal every day city routine life.
Note: This is quiet residential area .
No smoking allowed inside house(outside balcony OK).
Pets allowed on request , with extra cleaning fee.
Security Bond Required.
One Off Cleaning fee includes (2) Hours Standard cleaning only.

So quiet and peaceful, the walk from the boat jetty to Woy Woy is a must and good for you too. I could have stayed there forever.
