This barefoot Paradise has a beautiful relaxed mood throughout with open plan living spaces beckoning you to relax. Featuring all the mod cons you need including a gourmet chef's kitchen complete with large double fridge, oven, gas cooktop and dishwasher.

Downstairs are 3 bedrooms plus a study and a full bathroom. On the upper level is the master bedroom suite complete with a private verandah and stylish ensuite.

Enjoy a BBQ on the terrace while you watch the kids play in the heated swimming pool. Or if you are up for an adventure take the house kayak and enjoy an early morning paddle on Pittwater, otherwise spend the morning having a lazy breakfast while you enjoy the beautiful gardens.

If you are up for a little retail indulgence, Avalon Village is just a short drive away. Beautiful Palm Beach, Whale Beach and Avalon Beach are also only a few minutes drive away where you can then relax and soak up the sun while the kids enjoy the waves at the beach.

When it gets cold tuck yo on the couch in front of the open fireplace or relax outside under the heat rays on the deck.

There is foxtel throughout the house and Air Conditioning on both levels along with Wi-Fi as well to add to the comforts. There is also off street parting as well and the house comfortably sleeps 8 people.
