3 bedroom Family Friendly House with secure backyard. Sleeps 6-7 , 1 double bed with en-suite, 4 single beds, separate toilet, bathroom. Bright lounge with CD player, TV, DVD player, cupboard with books and children's games. Kitchen/meals area opening onto rear balcony with gas bbq, fully fenced rear garden. Laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer & outdoor clothes line. Reverse cycle split system air conditioner, ceramic cooktop, electric oven, full sized fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, fully equipped kitchen. Port-a-cot & high chair, small folding bed available on request. 30 metre walk to public phone box. Walk 1 block to Cowes shops. Walk 2 blocks to Cowes beach and children's playground. Walk to Golf course, Ten pin bowling and Kids Fun shed. Drive 10 minutes to Surf beaches, Penguin Parade, Koala Park, Maze, Minigolf, Grand Prix track. Bed sheets, Towels, Blankets, Pillows included in price. Mininum 5 nights booking for Summer/ Easter school holidays, otherwise 2 nights minimum. Superbikes and Moto GP Min 4 nights. Garage is private so not included in rental. $100 non refundable deposit. Cancellation fee. Lost keys fee.
