MINIMUM Bookings at two nights throughout the year except SUMMER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS which are generally 7 nights unless we have smaller gaps to fill left by longer bookings either side.

Pets
Please contact us for details of our three pet friendly properties, Beachcomber, Meridian and Endeavour. (Conditions apply as to the numbers, breed and age/s of the pet/s. We are unable to accommodate pets during the month of January due to an agreement with neighbours).

Schoolies week
Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer accommodation to students during schoolies week in November.

CASTAWAY and MERIDIAN at Port Elliot. Gorgeous beach front townhouses. Castaway accommodates 4 guests and Meridian 5. Stroll to Horseshoe Bay and the Flying Fish Cafe. (Meridian is pet friendly for one companion pet, conditions apply).

CALYPSO Port Elliot for those guests looking for something on ground level in HORSESHOE BAY WITHOUT STAIRS. Accommodating up to 5 guests, CALYPSO is only 25 m to Horseshoe Bay and the Flying Fish Cafe, experience luxury accommodation with a budget price tag.

ENDEAVOUR at Middleton a three bedroom, two bathroom, mediterranean style jewel on the safe swimming Day Street beach. With a spa and billiard table ENDEAVOUR offers accommodation for up to 8 guests (also pet friendly, conditions apply). Stroll to Blues Restaurant.

BEACHCOMBER right on Horseshoe Bay (three bedrooms and two bathrooms). Here you can experience a relaxing beachside holiday. BEACHCOMBER accommodates 6 guests (pet friendly, conditions apply).
