Are you looking for a place to relax, wind down and flee the stress of every day life? Then this is the place for you.
Right by the waters edge, and one of the most private properties on the island.
Laze on the deck chairs on the expansive lawn or have a meal on the balcony facing the beautiful escarpment of the Brisbane Waters National Park and watch the river flow by.
Relax in the spa with a friend and a cool drink.
BBQ the fish you have just caught off the private jetty/pontoon (fishing rods provided).
If all this makes you hot under the collar, turn on the air-conditioning units, or if you are cold, and want something romantic light up the large curved glass framed wood fire and turn down the sound system.
If you so choose you can engage in something more physical by having a paddle on one of the two kayaks provided, or walk around the island and view the spectacular scenery, island life and aboriginal carvings. All without being bothered by cars or city noise, with just the sounds of birds to accompany you.
Cook a gourmet meal in the new European appliance equipped kitchen, or order in your exotic feast, or dine at the bowling club.
If you have a boat, put it on the pontoon (subject to tides) or if it is a 50 footer, put it on the deep water mooring in front of the house. The pontoon is not accessible at low tide. There is a fee of $20.00 per day for the use of the pontoon and/or mooring. PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOUR OWN BOAT.
AND it is only a 1 hour's drive, or by train, from the Sydney CBD and a short ferry ride from Brooklyn across the the Hawkesbury River and you're at Watermark on Dangar Island.

Conditions:

25% deposit at time of booking.
Full payment 28 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations:

If more than 28 days prior to arrival date: full refund of deposit less $66.00 booking fee.
If less than 28 days prior to arrival date: no refund, unless Watermark is rebooked, for the same or greater tariff, in which case a full refund, less $66.00 booking fee.

The above terms and conditions may be varied by the proprietors of Watermark at their absolute discretion.
