Moss Brook is an adult luxury retreat, that offers accommodation in a federation style homestead set on nine acres.

We are very secluded set in beautiful gardens that attracts an abundance of birds. Enjoy bushwalking in the adjacent Kearney Forest " A Bird Watcher's Paradise " that abounds with all different kinds of flora and fauna. The wildflowers in season are a sight to see.

The Carlotta Brook weaves through the property flowing into twin lakes, where the ducks splash about and play.

This is an ideal setting for that romantic getaway. Where peace and tranquility is assured.

On arrival you are greeted with a complimentary afternoon tea; Evening meals are available by prior arrangement. Marron is served in season by arrangement and served in the guest dining room overlooking the lake.

You will wake up to the wonderful aroma of your fully cooked breakfast.

Mossbrook gardens have featured on ABC Gardening Australia. The gardens are open to the public all year round.

Enjoy a unique stay in our homestead. We have a private lounge for guests which is very romantic. Queen sized ensuited bedrooms with all the trimmings, underfloor heating, heated towel rails for winter & air conditioning for summer.

Relax on the gazebo that overlooks the gardens and lakes. See kangaroos come out of the forest and graze in the fields. Watch the guinea fowls come home, and fly up into the high trees to roost. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets whilst sipping on your favourite beverage. Linger a little longer......and enjoy a romantic meal, our lakes are illuminated after dark.

The property is set in lush gardens offering a very peaceful outlook for guests. Inside has quality fittings and furnishings.

Our Award Winning Gardens are Open to the Public. This Property is in The Festival Of Country Gardens in April, October and in November. We are also in The Nannup Tulip Festival in August. The Gardens are OPEN All Year Round but Please Ring First .

We also do Bus Groups, we Serve Devonshire Teas on the Gazebo over looking the Lakes. Plants on sale.
