The apartments are opposite the Royal Children's Hospital and are within 2 kms of the CBD. Central to Melbourne University, Royal Melbourne and Royal Women's hospitals, Queen Victoria market, MCG, Telstra Dome and Docklands.
Trams run along Flemington Road and take about 5 minutes to the city centre.
Close to the State Netball and Hockey Centre and the Melbourne Zoo.
Easy access to Flemington racecourse.
The nightly rate for 2 people is $105-110 depending on the time of year. Extra person is $20 per night. Discounts apply for longer stays.

The apartments are in a private building so there is no reception. Once full payment has been made (due 7 days prior to your stay) access details are sent to you with a PIN to open the keysafe at the front of the building. The keysafe contains keys for the security entrance and apartment.
