Description

Fully furnished and wonderfully equipped new 2 storey home with fantastic views of the Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course. This property is situated on the 18th fairway in close proximity to the 18th green and clubrooms.
It is 1km from the Dunsborough townsite and close to Eagle and Bunker Bays.

The upper level consists of a mezzanine entertaining area with a shaded balcony.

The house is non-smoking.

HOUSE FACILITIES

The house includes large flat screen TV and sound system and is fully self contained with bed linen, towels etc. The kitchen is beautifully equiped to make entertaining a breeze.

Plenty of games and books for your enjoyment.

REAR GARDEN

The rear garden features a huge deck adjacent to the 18th fairway. The rear garden is fully fenced and is secure.
There is a gate allowing access to the golf course.

  • "Fanatastic property to get away from it all. Just far enough away from the town centre to be convenient but out of the way. The home is well equipped and very tidy. We stayed during schoolies week, and if we didn't head into town to have a look around we wouldn't have even known the town was full of schoolies. Very comfortable and we are already planning our next stay."

There is everything you need for a home away from home and many places to you can sit with friends or just relax by yourself. So close to all amenities and the golf course for the boys.
