SEASPELL on Horseshoe Bay features unsurpassed sea views from the lounge/dining area, master bedroom and balcony.

Imagine being able to watch the kids swimming as you sip a cool drink on the balcony. Cooking the dinner becomes a pleasure while you soak up the breathtaking ocean views.

Seaspell has two family areas, one with a Billiard Table, LCD large screen TV and Cable TV , the other with Table Tennis.

The formal lounge has spectacular uninterrrupted views of Horseshoe Bay and also has an LCD television and DVD/Video player.

Seaspell has a secure back garden with lawn and a huge cubby house for the kids, the rear balcony has a BBQ and is sheltered on breezy days.

Both balconies feature new, stylish and comfortable outdoor furniture.

Seaspell has four spacious bedrooms. Three bedrooms have queen sized beds and the fourth bedroom has four single beds. Our beds are all quality ensembles (mattress and base) and there are NO bunk beds.

Two of the beds in the fourth bedroom can be converted into a king sized bed to accommodate a fourth couple if desired.

All professionally laundered bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen is supplied for each booking. The linen is prepared in a commercial laundry to hotel standards and is not washed at the local laundromat or by cleaning staff.

The linen supplied includes quilt covers, starched sheets & pillow cases, fluffy king sized bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. All of the beds have quality dunas/duvets/quilts.

There is a port a cot and fixed stair gate at Seaspell for the little one in your family.

There are three luxurious bathrooms, one with a spa bath and twin basins, another with a double shower. There is even a sauna to soothe your cares away.

Seaspell has a fully equipped kitchen with two fridges, dishwasher, European appliances, microwave and filtered water on tap. Enjoy the stunning sea views while you prepare dinner!

Directly in front of Seaspell there is a lawned reserve, great for those family cricket games, or take another few steps and you are on the safe swimming beach.

Once you arrive you no longer need your car. You can stroll to the famous Pt Elliot cafes, restaurants, antique shops, pubs and shopping, it\'s all at your doorstep.

From a couple\'s romantic weekend, extended-family summer holidays, to corporate functions and conferences, Seaspell offers the size and flexibility to cater for them all.

COUPLE\'S MIDWEEK LUXURY SPECIAL package $599.00 for 2 guests (twin share in the master suite), 2 nights, including all linen, complimentary wine & chocolates. This is a couple\'s beachfront escape at its very best.

These prices are a substantial saving off our regular tariff of $500.00 per night.

Please note: A baby under two year old using our port a cot stays free. If two bedrooms are required for your stay, the standard tariff applies. Sorry, the couple\'s midweek special is not available at Seaspell on Friday or Saturday nights, during school holidays or on SA published long weekends.

SECURITY BOND
A bond of $500.00 is required before arrival. In most cases this can be arranged by credit card imprint (as is done at Motels). If you prefer, the bond can be paid by cheque, money order or bank transfer and the funds are refunded to you after your stay.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets at Seaspell. Please contact us for details/conditions of our pet friendly properties Beachcomber, Meridian and Endeavour.

SCHOOLIES WEEK
Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer accommodation to students during schoolies week in November.
