A luxuriously appointed beachside house, nestled in amongst the peppermints and casuarinas of old Prevelly, this comfortable home is suitable for 1 or 2 families.
A short walk to the beach, Prevelly store, Seagardens cafe or Gnarabup café means everythings at your disposal if you prefer a vehicle-free holiday.
Only 150m from Seascapes all this is for you to enjoy:
Swimming on protected beach; surfing the breaks
Cycle to the Margaret River township on the dedicated cycleway.
Relax at the mouth of the Margaret River just 10 minutes walk away.
A short drive will get you to the regions top wineries, restaurants, the caves and many of the areas amazing walks.

The famous Cape to Cape walk track is just minutes away, so you can join the track going north or south.

Seascapes offers:
2 x queensize bedrooms (1 with ensuite) with wardrobes & bedside tables with reading lamps
third bedroom with single bed and Bunkers double bunk, wardrobe & bedside table with lamp, and
a loft with 2 king single beds plus 2 single beds.
Main bathroom has a bath & separate shower
WC off the laundry
There is an outdoor hot & cold shower.
Seascapes has a maximum occupancy of 10 people. Doonas, blankets & pillows are supplied. Bring your own linen, or it can be provided at a small additional cost.
Spacious loungeroom has comfortable leather sofas, surround sound television, DVD/CD player, video player, games, puzzles & books. Central wood fired slow combustion stove. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, dining room for 8-10, outside gourmet gas BBQ, on covered patio with hammock, outdoor table setting for 8 & outside shower with hot water for quick wash downs after the beach! Laundry has front load washer & dryer. The main bathroom has a bathtub & separate shower.
