Beautiful and spacious new four bedroom, two-storey home set on a large fully fenced block. 300 metres from Red Rocks Beach. Ideal for one or two families with two large living areas each with TV's, videos and DVD's player. There is a fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher & microwave. Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with an ensuite. Second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Third bedroom has two bunk beds. Fourth bedroom has one bunk with a single, as well as a trundle bed. Sleeps 12.

There is a large second bathroom with a bath tub and laundry downstairs. Large deck with outdoor setting and BBQ plus amazing views of the bay. Table-Tennis Table, Air-Hockey Table. This home is in a quiet and sought after area. See gallery for more pictures.

Amazing Views - Blue Beach Getaway which sleeps 9-10 people and is next door which makes both house ideal for conferences, seminars, office retreats or large family groups.

Amazing Views - Esplanade Beach Getaway which sleeps 9 people is located in Sunderland Bay (7 mins from Cowes).

Special rates & minimum stays apply for Superbikes, V8 Supercars, Grand Prix, School Holidays and Long Weekends.
