The house is situated in the quiet part of Hastings and is just four doors back from the foreshore. The shops are an easy walk down the street.
The three-bedroom house: main bedroom has a king size bed & overlooks a mature garden. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed with a trundle. There is a shared renovated generous bathroom.
The cosy lounge has an open fireplace TV, video & CD player/radio. selection of CDs & magazines for holiday reading & some tourist information are all provided. One of the couches in the lounge room is a foldout double sofa bed. .
The older style kitchen has an electric cook top, oven, microwave & toaster & provisions for six.
All rooms are provided with heaters or an open fire. The bathroom has IXL Tastic heaters. All rooms are provided with pedestal fans. The ambient temperature in Hastings is often about five degrees cooler than Melbourne & the cool sea breezes that are common to this area tend to make the fan use minimal. Iron and Ironing board are provided.
NAZAARAY coastal cottage WELCOMES PETS: We provide a mat & feeding bowls. There is a fenced back yard. Indoor pets must be kept off all furniture and all carpeted areas. The charge for dogs is $10/- per night. We provide a large comfortable dog cushion with removable washable cover, a towel and a doggy treat. Please ensure your pets flea treatment program is up to date.
OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT SURROUNDS: Surf and swimming beaches are within a short driving distance of the coastal cottage, as are some nice bush walking tracks. Besides the art galleries, there are other fun activities such as the Moonlight animal sanctuary; French Island tours Yaringa Boat Harbour, Rain Hayne &Shine farm, the Oberon submarine museum and of course our wineries.
Tariff: From $145/- per night per couple : $100/- per night for five night midweek booking; Dogs $ 10/- per night
