Modest but charming single storey beach house with ocean and headland views. Private position and direct access to Boomerang Beach from this absolute beachfrontage. Steps right onto the sand from the front yard.
Informal master bedroom with queen size bed, bedroom two with another queen bed and bedroom 3 with two single beds. Comfortable living area with television, DVD, VCR, stereo and full length window beach frontage. Microwave, washing machine, off street parking, gas BBQ.
Linen is available on request for a small additional charge. If you bring your own linen, all beds have pillows and doonas
An extra $50 for cleaning is required if you bring pets.

Walk to the Seal Rocks Lighthouse and marvel at the view. Down a dirt track from Seals you can explore the amazing sand dunes of Yagan and Treachery Beaches.
Take out a boat, catamaran,kayak or water ski on the beautiful Smiths or Wallis Lake.
