WE HAVE A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY AT UMI WITH GREAT SPECIALS FOR THOSE WANTING A HOLIDAY MIDWEEK.


Modest but charming single storey beach house with ocean and headland views. Private position and direct access to Boomerang Beach from this absolute beachfrontage. Steps right onto the sand from the front yard.

Informal master bedroom with queen size bed, bedroom two with another queen bed and bedroom 3 with two single beds. Comfortable living area with television, DVD, VCR, stereo and full length window beach frontage. Microwave, washing machine, off street parking, gas BBQ.
Linen is available on request for a small additional charge. If you bring your own linen, all beds have pillows and doonas
An extra $50 for cleaning is required if you bring pets.

Location and things to do

Absolute beach front at Boomerang Beach.
Easy walk to shops and Blueys Beach
Surf the beaches of Boomerang, Blueys, Cilleto,and Seal Rocks. There are two surf schools so book your surfing lessons.
The Ruins Walk from Elizabeth Beach to the Parks and wildlife camping ground/Tiona. Beautiful Shelly Beach (clothing optional)
Lizzies and Shelly Beach are for young ones and also those who prefer the flat water, also great for snorkelling
The area is bounded by National Park with lots of walking trails for the energetic ones.
Walk to the Seal Rocks Lighthouse and marvel at the view. Down a dirt track from Seals you can explore the amazing sand dunes of Yagan and Treachery Beaches.
Take out a boat, catamaran,kayak or water ski on the beautiful Smiths or Wallis Lake.
Sandbar 9 hole golf course, a little beauty.
18 hole course 15 mins away in Forster
Go horseriding.
Go 4WD.
Stroll along the crystal clean beaches where dolphins play regularly.
