The house is 2 storey with very generous living areas. It has 3 bedrooms, with bathroom size ensuites, fully equipped with every modern convenience.

Ardeevin is located on the Seven Mile Beach Road at the southern end of the Broken Head Nature Reserve, 10kms south of the cosmopolitan life of Byron Bay. Ardeevin is within walking distance of the unspoilt Kings Beach, Brays Hole, White's Beach and Seven Mile Beach.

We wanted a holiday for relaxation & tranquillity so we chose "Ardeevin", and got so much more, the views were outstanding inside & outside the home. You could see down and along the beach(including the whales going along the coastline), and out into the hills beyond. The home and the gardens had so much time, thought & effort put into them, with amazing results. The weather was great, we almost forgot it was winter. The hosts, Laurie & Rawing were only a phone call away if required and were only to happy to oblige to your needs. Lovely people.

What a great escape! A perfect location to unwind. The setting of both beach and nature is a great combination for relaxation.

The beaches were almost deserted. Enjoyed lovely walks. The garden setting at Ardeevin provided a wonderful contrast. We brought lots of provisions and basically stayed put.............a corner store is not that convenient which is ideal. Why spend good 'down' time on the road shopping?!!!

We had a fantastic time at Ardeevin. It's location is beautiful beyond belief, privacy is complete, and the house is just magnificent. The views down to Lennox Head at night are to die for and we will definitely be staying there again.
