This relatively new weatherboard home features 3 bedrooms. There are double beds in two bedrooms and two single beds in the third bedroom.
The holiday house has been recently renovated and features:
*Large open plan living area with 2 sitting areas, dining area, and a new fully equipped kitchen
*New microwave oven and fridge
*New DVD/CD player and 55" Plasma Flat Screen TV

Unfortunately, we do not accept bookings from schoolies groups.
Rosebud beach is a 3 minute drive away and is a children friendly beach within the Port Phillip Bay area.
If the surf is more your scene, then we are 10km from Gunnamatta or Rye surf beaches.
This beach house is in the nestled at the foot of Arthurs Seat and is walking distance to the wonderful walking trials through the region.
We are also a great spot to take in some of the many wineries in the area.
If golfing is your idea of a great weekend away, this property is perfect. Walk 200 meters to Rosebud Park Public Golf Course and enjoy a great course with fantastic bay views.
