This very tidy weatherboard home features a large open plan family area and 3 bedrooms. There are double beds in two bedrooms and two single beds in the third bedroom.
The holiday house has been recently renovated and features:

Unfortunately, we do not accept bookings from schoolies groups.
We also don't allow pets on the property.
Peace and tranquility at Rosebud
Rosebud beach is a 3 minute drive away and is a children friendly beach within the Port Phillip Bay area.
If the surf is more your scene, then we are 10km from Gunnamatta or Rye surf beaches.
This beach house is in the nestled at the foot of Arthurs Seat and is walking distance to the wonderful walking trials through the region.
We are also a great spot to take in some of the many wineries in the area.
If golfing is your idea of a great weekend away, this property is perfect. Walk 200 meters to Rosebud Park Public Golf Course and enjoy a great course with fantastic bay views.

Enjoyed the stay. The house had everything we needed - plenty of space for a family of 4, great BBQ area, clean, good location. Would book again and recommend to our friends.

Close to all attractions, a very well set up house with absolutely every thing a family could want being provided plus extras.
We only had 2 days but would love to stay longer next visit.

My husband and I together with our daughter and her husband, plus two young daughters - one with a disability - have just spent the past eight days in this great house. It had everything we needed and more! Should have checked that before going shopping for groceries! Really lovely place and great area - close to everything.

I stayed at the house recently with a small group of friends. Our stay was for uni purposes due to a placement in the area but I would definitely stay again this time for a holiday! The house was very comfortable and offered us a home away from home during a stressful time. The outside deck was lovely for coming home and being able to relax. Another plus point was the ample parking space. I would most definitely recommend the property to others and or stay again :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the holiday house over the Easter break. It was clean and well maintained. The outdoor area was perfect for our 2 1/2 year old. Would definitely stay there again.
