This lovely fully self contained 4 bedroom house is ideal for your holiday at Phillip Island. It is set on large lightly treed block in a quiet part of Cowes 1 street back from the beach ( 1 minutes walk) with great water views of Westernport Bay over to Somers.


It has a large north facing deck with bbq & outdoor setting. The house is extremely clean, comfortable & family friendly.
Ideal for a large or small group.

Our home is very warm & welcoming which is why we get many repeat bookings.

The large grounds provide ample room for cars & a boat
with the added security of a double lock up garage.

The house is a 2 minute drive to the restaurants & main shopping centre of Cowes.
A short drive to the Grandprix Circuit ,Penguin Parade, Nature Parks, Golf Course, Winery, fabulous surf beaches & all the other attractions the Island has to offer.

The house is available for short or long stays all year round,
reasonably priced with off season rates available.

Late checkout available by arrangement.
Linen can be supplied for a small extra charge.
