There is a lift. 24/7 security and a secure car park for a small car. Please note that it is a stacker system and cars must be no more than: Height 1450mm, length 5150mm, width 1850mm. If your car is larger in any of these dimensions the scanner will not allow it into the parking space.

A perfect spot to holiday in, or to live in. Short or long term rentals acceptable, according to availability.

A bond is required, this is returned at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
A professional departure clean is charged for every booking.
As this property is pet friendly please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay. This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons and the comfort of the next tenants.

There is a small charge for an extra person or couple for use of the sofa bed; let us know before you arrive if you need to use the sofa bed and we will have the bed linen and extra towels etc ready for you.

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing is during the winter season, the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday.

This property requires a minimum booking of at least 2 weeks over Xmas and New Year period.

Internet connection available, (extra charge). Let us know prior to your arrival if you require an internet modem if it isn't booked we may not have one available for you when you pick up the keys.
