Strathmore Townhouse is a two-storey townhouse with a coastal look on the outside and luxury on the inside, with 3 Bedrooms and two living areas that can comfortably sleep 8-10 adults.
GROUND FLOOR,
Two large bedrooms, one with queen-size bed, the other with double/single bunk, large living room with two fold- down s/bed couches, TV & DVD, bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, remote double garage with internal access, outside entertaining and BBQ area, outdoor shower for washing off the sand and salt after a trip to the beach.
FIRST FLOOR;
Main bedroom has queen-size bed, TV, private balcony, ensuite with large oval spa, and separate toilet/powder room. The main open-plan living and dining area has doors on two sides opening out to the main balcony which has plenty of room for entertaining with views over Jan Juc township. To keep you entertained, there is a wide screen TV, DVD/VCR, and mini stereo. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with 900mm oven, stainless steel appliances and stone bench tops. Both levels have full central heating and A/C.
Strathmore Townhouse is located 5 minutes from all surf shops and factory outlets, Bells Beach, Torquay and Jan Juc beaches and is within 15 mins of five of Victoria's best golf and Links courses. (Barwon Heads, 13th Beach, The sands, Torquay and Anglesea)
