THE HOUSE
LIVING AREA
This large area is fully equipped with bar, plasma tv and open plan kitchen area.
If is designed to take advantage of the beautIful water and hi rise views.
This area opens to the two outdoor entertaining areas.
One on the water with Bali Hut and the other on the other side of the house, this allows for entertaining in all weather conditions.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is a chefs dream with large fridge plus a bar fridge, gas cooking and all kitchen utensils.
OUTDOORS
The pool is located on a sandy beach on great waters with a pontoon great for fishing.
The BBQ area is under a Bali Hut to give you that tropical feeling.
There is also a 2nd outdoor entertaining area on the other side of the house.
Both have opening timber bi fold doors from the inside of the property
BEDROOMS
There are 5 bedrooms
MAIN has a queen bed with and ensuite facing the water with TV
BED 2 has a double bed with a single bunk on top
BED 3 has a queen bed
In a separate wing are the other two bedrooms...
BED 4 has a double bed
BED 5 has a double bed and a single bed
Both have access to a powder room with toilet
BATHROOMS
There are 2.5 bathrooms in the house with
3 Toilets.
PARKING
There is secure parking for up to 4 vehicles.
SURFERS PARADISE WATERFRONT is a great family home with lots of space in a great location close to SURFERS PARADISE AND BROADBEACH and only 20 minutes to the THEME PARKS.
Looking for car and boat hire we can help with that also.
