Sunset Waters is located in Banksia Court, a quiet area of Hamilton Island. Other apartments in this street include Blue Water Views and The Anchorage. It is a family oriented complex with 20 townhouses.

There is a swimming pool and a shaded seating area for your use.

As a guest on Hamilton Island you are able to use all the facilities including resort pools etc.

2 Storey Townhouse

Upstairs - Main bedroom with balcony overlooking Whitsunday Passage, bathroom with shower/bath, separate toilet and 2nd bedroom with 1 single bed + 1 bunk with double on the bottom, single on the top. Main bedroom has TV and DVD player.

Downstairs - Laundry, 2nd toilet, fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4, 4 seater chaise lounge, 1 single lounge chair, CD player / tuner, DVD player, TV, Book shelf with a variety of books for adults and kids, DVD selection & a few board games.

Front Patio - Outdoor setting for 6, shade awning, gas BBQ, small garden area.

Arrival and Departure

Check In time is 2pm, Check Out time is 10am.
We offer a valet service to and from the airport where possible.
Your check out must be 10am on days where we have a same day arrival. On these occasions you will be offered the valet service at 10am only. If you have a late flight you have the option of being dropped off at the main resort for the day where you can catch the airport bus at your own expense. (aprox $10)
