There is a swimming pool and a shaded seating area for your use.

As a guest on Hamilton Island you are able to use all the facilities including resort pools etc.

Upstairs - Main bedroom with balcony overlooking Whitsunday Passage, bathroom with shower/bath, separate toilet and 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. Main bedroom has TV and DVD player.

Downstairs - Laundry, 2nd toilet, fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4, 3 seater sofa lounge, 2 single lounge chairs, CD player / tuner, DVD player, TV, Book shelf with a variety of books for adults and kids & a few board games.

Front Patio - Outdoor setting for 6, large umbrella, gas BBQ, small garden area.

Arrival and Departure

Check In time is 2pm, Check Out time is 10am.
We offer a valet service to and from the airport where possible.

Sunset waters #12 was great. We had everything we needed to make our week away perfect. Buggy came in handy, great views. Very easy to book, i would recommend this one to anyone who wants a relaxing easily booked holiday

Great location and easy access to the main strip & beach with included buggy. Facilities were fantastic - flat screen TV, laundry, fully furnished kitchen, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds!!!

Would definately stay here again :o)
