$100 (Weekends) $200-$400 (extended stays/full house)

Booking is not CONFIRMED until deposit is received.

Security Deposit refundable on satisfactory inspection. (Less any damages, theft/loss or additional cleaning). Paid directly to your bank account - for prompt refund - please supply banking details prior to departure.

Balance is payable 30 days (or by arrangement) prior to arrival, thank you. Otherwise, Owner reserves right to re-let.

LINEN/TOWELS - B.Y.O Top & Bottom Sheets, Doona Covers, Bath, hand & t.towels.
