A fantastic clean, comfortable, modern and well equipped apartment. A bit of luxury for a break away. A great find when you need 3 bedroom accommodation for 4 mature adults.Very relaxing with lovely views from the lounge, two bedrooms and balcony. Has air con and fans to cope with facing north in the summer heat. Quick responses from owner and booking system worked well. Car space and lift for easy access.

Decorated in a beachy and comfortable style, this apartment was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Communication with Rick was easy and quick. Equipped with everything we could need , it is a gorgeous apartment to explore a beautiful part of Sydney - we'll definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment and beautiful setting! The view is superb - better than the photos suggest. Everything about this place sets the scene for a comfortable, relaxing stay - from the ease at which you enter to the sparkling clean decor to the well equipped kitchen to the large living areas and massive balcony. This place is amazing. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has the most incredible views over Pittwater. Afternoon sunsets on the balcony were the highlight of the weekend - a perfect setting for a marriage proposal to my now Fiance.
Dealing with Rick was great, nothing was ever a problem and I highly recommend this property if you are looking to spend some time by the water, put your feet up and relax.

This is a beautiful apartment with the most stunning views across the Pittwater.
It has been stylishly decorated and looks as though it was only recently renovated.
Everything is spotlessly clean - and everything you need - you will find.
Its a short walk to both the Pittwater side and beach side of Palm Beach - so you can easily access both.
Loved staying here and hope to be back in the warmer months for a summer break.
ps -- must go to the Boathouse for Breakfast - incredible food and service is amazing.

As the reviewers have said, this is a beautiful property, well situated and furnished to a very high level. Perfect for a family or up to three couples. The bonus however has been that the owner, Rick, has been a real pleasure to deal with, prompt responses and nothing was ever a problem. Makes it easy when visiting from overseas - you can book with confidence - what you get is more than what you see.

We loved this apartment! It is beautiful. Very light and bright with amazing views. The location is perfect being an easy walk to both the surf side beach and the pittwater beaches. The kitchen has everything you could want and is modern and lovely and the whole place is decorated in a beautiful way. Sitting out on the balcony is wonderful. I hope to be back there soon!
