BEDROOM 1
Main Bedroom (upstairs) - Deluxe modern queen size leather bed with Sleepmaker pillow top mattress, walk-in robe, flat screen T.V, the latest look groovy shag carpet opening to a private deck.

BEDROOM 2 only open if booked for 4 guests
(downstairs) - Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom, TV also opening onto a private deck.

BATHROOM FACILITIES
Two bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom is an extravagantly appointed modern bathroom with European influences including designer stainless steel pedestal vanity with glass bowl, large open shower, and imported Italian glass chip tiles throughout. The downstairs bathroom is similarly appointed and adjoins the bedroom.

HEATING/COOLING
Open fireplace in the central living area, split system heating and cooling unit in the living area and upstairs bedroom.

INCLUSIONS
Breakfast provisions provided for the first morning: Fresh bread, milk, local cereal, orange juice, coffee, tea, sugar, butter and preserves. Welcome Drink and a Kudos Spa gift Pack.

Kudos Air…..What can we say?? Heaven on earth!! We loved it, it was all we had hoped for and more!!
From the moment we drove up the steep driveway (thank goodness we had the 4 wheel drive), the atmosphere was created…the trees, the peace!
Then as we found the key, the safe was an excellent idea…we could hear the music going, the atmosphere continued to grow as did the suspense!
We then walked in, with that fantastic music going and we just feel in love with Kudos Air!
Everything was just beautiful, perfect! Loved everything! Every little detail (and I am such a fussy person who takes in EVERY detail) and all your efforts
to create such a wonderful place to be filled with love and happiness always…
We wanted it to be home for us forever…of course, in our fantasy world that is,
as we have two beautiful small children so the villa definitely would not suit our lifestyle at the moment, but it was so much fun to be our home for the 3 days – congratulations
on creating such a beautiful place and thank you for sharing it with us…we did not want to leave! And hope to come back again some day soon!

I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful 3 days we had at Kudos Air. You should be so proud of creating such an amazing villa full of serenity and ambience.
We struggled this morning to motivate each other to pack up and leave so much so that we were quite tempted to calling you to see if we could stay another night but felt you had probably had other guests arriving. Kudos is truly the best accommodation we have seen for a long time and we do quite regular 'weekend getaways'. Thank you guys so much for a truly amazing experience which definitely exceeded our expectations.
We will not hesitate in visiting again soon!

My partner and I cannot speak highly enough of the Kudos villa and the amenities. it was absolutely awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. would recommend the villa to all our friends and family who want excellent accommodation and enjoys the spoils of life in a very nice area.
Would love to here about your two further villas are they in the same region or different areas??
We left glowing remarks in your guest book and from what we read from other people who have stayed there as well we are all in agreeance that you have created a wonderful place to unwind.
what you have created in Daylesford I would dearly like to have for myself somewhere coast in Victoria as I could definitely handle extended periods in a dwelling like that.
