Downstairs, there is a large open plan living area with TV, DVD/radio player, separate dining area and powder room. The fully equipped kitchen offers microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Walk from the living room straight onto the first tee of The Sands Torquay Golf Course. Or just relax on the leather lounge and enjoy the glorious views across the golf course into the distant sand dunes.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms – Master with ensuite and second bedroom (both with queen size beds and double bunks), separate main bathroom and a fully self-contained laundry for your convenience.

Centrally heated. (Note: This property is environmentally sensitive and has ceiling fans, and not air conditioning.)

Access to heated outdoor swimming pool, bocce courts and tennis court.

High chair and portable cot available.

Torquay is just over an hours drive from Melbourne city, 15 minutes from Geelong and the start of the Great Ocean Road. This popular tourist destination offers a very laid back coastal holiday with world renowned surf beaches on your doorstep.

Whether you prefer a golf or beach holiday, this property allows you the freedom and flexibility to spread out and relax however you choose ... and is a welcome relief from hotel accommodation!

There is plenty to do in Torquay besides golf so make sure you allow enough time to see all the sights!

The most impressive feature of The Sands Torquay is the unique, links-style golf course. The 18-hole championship course designed by Australian Open winner Stuart Appleby, winds its way through the undulating landscape of the Zeally Bay sand dunes, taking full advantage of the natural beauty of its surf coast location.
