Our apartment is close to the Perth city centre and is within the free Perth city bus transit zone, allowing you to hop on and off city buses at no charge

It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom self-catering, apartment located in a secure resort style complex of apartment accommodation in Wellington Street, Perth.

Featuring a lagoon style swimming pool with tropical waterfalls and palm trees, spa, sauna, gym and BBQ. There is also an additional shower, toilet and communal lounge adjacent to the pool.

There is a large lounge/dining area with reverse cycle airconditioning, a queen bed in the master bedroom, a double bed and 2 single beds in each of the other bedrooms, providing generous accommodation for 6. All the beds have bedding with blankets and duvets.

The ensuite contains a bath with shower and the main bathroom features a laundry area with a washing machine, laundry sink and clothes dryer, as well as a large shower unit. Towels, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron are also provided. There are 2 toilets.

The lounge and dining accommodation lead out to a large patio which has a gate leading directly into the pool and gym area.

Close by there are restaurants, shops and hotels with the Swan River also within walking distance.

The apartment has an under-cover, secure car bay at no extra charge.

Please confine smoking to the outdoor areas.

BOOKING FEE: Our normal terms are $250 deposit paid at the time of booking.

This $250 is used as a non-refundable booking fee/deposit and 'security bond' when you eventually take possession of the property.

This 'security bond' is refunded in full after check-out provided the property is in the condition in which you found it.

Full payment must be made at least 21 days prior to check-in.

CHECK IN TIME IS 2PM - 3PM. CHECK OUT MUST BE BY 10.00AM, LATE CHECK OUT CAN BE ARRANGED UPON REQUEST AND SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

CANCELLATION
Should you cancel your booking any payment made for the accommodation (excluding the booking fee) is refundable provided the accommodation can be re-let for the same or similar period.
