This is a very very large (60 SQUARE) Beautiful home with lots of luxury areas on 2.5 paradise like acres with a large private lake .

It takes 3 other homes to come close to the living space in Vista Del Lago.

The setting is a post card picture.
Heated pool and luxury entertaining areas , Full size snooker table and table tennis table.
2x Foxtel on 2 tv,s and wireless Internet access.

2 wood fires for winter and ducted air conditioning.

Vista Del Lago is suitable for up to 16 guest , 5 bedrooms for couples + there is also a study which has a queen bed and rumpus for extra shared family sleeping.

(We do not have bunk beds squashed into rooms as many other homes have) Our bed rooms do vary in size .

We have 13 beds , 5 queen ,1 double ,and 3 single beds,1 pull out trundle, 1 sofa bed ,2 double futon beds see layout below for bed room details.

A huge 15x8m formal lounge room and just as big extra large kitchen / family area, and a dining table in a separate dining room that can seat 14 ( its a bit cosy at its maximum) . + 2 fabulous outdoor entertaining areas.
2,5 acres with a private lake to enjoy with lots of ducks and bird life .Yes your own little estate.

A hotel or resort looks good in the photos until you arrive at your small room or unit. And then you have to share the pool and entertaining areas. Our heated pool is divine , The lake is divine ,Entertain in style at Vista Del Lago. And its all yours.

Our dining table seats 14 ,if you are ok with being close ..

The kitchen / entertaining area is very spacious and well equipped ,overlooks the pool (glass pool fence to keep the kids safe) and over looks the lake.

You can cook eat drink and relak and overlook the pool all from the kitchen / family area .

+ A 20m X 8m RUMPAS FOR EXTRA FAMILY AND SINGLES .Can sleep 15 guest.

FULLY AIRCONDITIONED and TWO WOOD FIRES FOR WINTER . ( winter in this house is just as good as summer ) .Dry fire wood is supplied.

THIS MANSION ON A PRIVATE LAKE IS FABULOUS.
The kitchen has a very large Italian oven and lots of bench space( A WALK IN PANTRY ) and is capable of entertaining a large group. There is 2nd fridge (IN THE POOL AREA) to help with storing extra food.
Located in a valley but only minutes drive to Terrigal .
You feel like your in another world away from the city, yet a 3 min drive puts you at one of the biggest shopping centres in Australia Erina Fair .

A VERY LARGE FORMAL LOUNGE and other large living areas ,makes this home very unique. + 20m x8m rumpus with FULL SIZE SNOOKER table and TABLE TENNIS and a 2nd fire place in the rumpus room .
2 Full size bathrooms and 1 en suite, 4 toilets + forth extra shower/toilet in pool area.
Wake up in the most stunning setting with all your family together.
Even when raining, the setting is beautiful and with so much room both inside and out.

This home is suitable for 5 couples and another 5 guest or large families / groups which can also use the study and rumpus for shared sleeping.
The rumpus is not as private or the standard of the bedrooms. .

SLEEPING ACCOMODATION

13 beds all up
5 bedrooms with new top quality mattresses and +1 study with a queen bed , and a very large rumpus room .
This home is suitable for 5 couples or large families (Can sleep maximum 15 guests ) .The rumpus has shared sleeping. The rumpus and study is not as private or the standard of the bedrooms. .

The luxury PARENTS RETREAT (not just a bedroom ) overlooks the lake and pool ,you can lay in bed and overlook the lake or pool with curtains and french doors that opens towards the lake ,it offers total privacy; its like your own apartment.
There is a beautiful queen bed , and 1 sofa bed (if needed) A full size Italian style bath room with extra large bath , a full lounge suite ,dvd, tv and seprate Foxtel connection.

BEDROOM 2- a queen bed and 1 single bed (and 1 pullout trundle ) its a big room and is linked to the main bathroom and can be used as a private bath room or shared. It overlooks the front garden .
BEDROOM 3- a queen bed and a beautiful private ensuite. BEDROOM 4- is a small room, has a double bed and has a beautiful lake /rural outlook.
BEDROOM 5- is a good size spare room ,has a queen bed is on a lower level next to the rumpus ( no bath room )
THE WALK THROUGH STUDY / (CAN BE USED AS A 6TH BEDROOM ) has a queen bed and doors on both ends of the room.
The rumpus is not the same standard as the bedrooms.
THE RUMPUS HAS 2 SINGLES with new top quality mattresses and 2 double futon beds (queen size mattress). GREAT FOR SINGLES AND KIDS
THERE IS 1 COT AND 1 HIGH CHAIR AVAILABLE

OUT DOORS / POOL AREA

THIS IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS , JUST OPEN THE 8 BI-FOLD DOORS AND ITS STUNNING. AND I MEAN STUNNING.

The heated pool, 28 degree ,fully tiled (in glass mosaic tiles )and entertaining area is fabulous.

There are 8 Italian sun lounges with a sun shade on each lounge.
There is also a 3.5 shade umbrella over the pool outdoor table which can be turned to shade another area.

Lots of $$$$ have been spent to make this area feel like it is part of the kitchen / family entertaining area AND OVERLOOKS THE LAKE , glass pool fencing allows you to join the inside with the outside ,

THE GLASS FENCED HEATED POOL AREA FEELS LIKE ITS PART OF THE HOME, THE LAKE AND MOTHER NATURE.
You can watch the kids swimming in the pool and be sitting on a lounge enjoying a glass of wine.

Wake up in the most stunning setting with all your family and friends in one HOUSE .
Even when raining, the setting is beautiful and with so much room both inside and out.
The pool outdoor setting can seat 10 guests AND HAS A VERY LARGE 3.5m SHADE UMBRELLA.
THE DINING ROOM ( double french doors ) opens to the front garden / tiled area and has a table that can seat 12 TO 14 guests (if you don't mind being a bit close). And is shaded by a beautiful peppercorn tree.
The gardens are just a pleasure to enjoy and you can have a picnic on site by the lake .
