This two bedroom cottage has been specially designed and built for couples but can sleep upto five, but four if all adults. Very indulgent, offering the finest available in hospitality.

The corner spa, romantic fire, heated floor and towel rails in the bathroom, rich timbers and a nautical theme will ensure your stay is an experience you’ll tell your friends about and remember for years to come.
Tariffs from $195 per night midweek and $225 per night w/ends, (based on two adults twin share). Usual minimum is two night stay and three to four on long weekends and seven nights at Christmas school holidays.

Centrally located and on the beachside of The Great Ocean Road, the 'Overboard' is just a short stroll to everything this wonderful hamlet has to offer. Surrounded by native forest and the deep blue sea on the Painkalac Creek, Aireys Inlet offers the best of everything, from its long sandy beaches and enchanting rock pool coves with cliffs, caverns, even the odd Mermaid Pool, to the Lorne Angahook State Park.

Property Description

This enchanting two bedroom cottage is nestled amongst native trees and natural surrounds and even has its own bubbling little brook that cascades over the river rocks that wind their way down along the verandah and deck area.

Although the style of architecture has been likened to the 'Ginger-bread House' of fairytale fame, with its high-pitched roof and the radially sawn timber cladding that make it appear to be melting, it has a distinct 'nautical' theme reflected throughout. In fact once inside, the ambience is that of an old 'Square-Rigger' ship, while every mod con has been thoughtfully incorporated. The attention to detail is obvious; from the luxury bathroom appointments and the stainless steel European kitchen appliances, to the romantic fire that alights at the flick of a switch.
