Modern two storey beach house (with loft) just across the road from the pristine Callala Beach. Atlantis Blue offers 4 spacious bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 8 people. Fantastic aspect and views. Recently renovated with new furniture, new appliances and bedding. European St/Stl oven, 81 cm flat screen tv, airconditioning, dishwasher/dryer, fans, wide range of crockery including two seperate living areas perhaps one for the kids and the other for the parents. Books and games provided. Alternatively take advantage of the huge back yard to kick the ball around or even park your boat!

This beach house also boasts a beautiful native Australian garden which attracts colourful birdlife. The balcony is an ideal position to observe the bird life, rest, read a magazine or look out into the ocean.

Take advantage of the alfresco dining and St/Stl BBQ set up on the front deck. Alternatively, simply relax sipping your favourite drink or nap on the deck while nature surrounds you. Don't forget about the stars at night - you can almost reach into the pitch black sky to touch the stars...

HOUSE SET UP

This property has been furnished with quality and your comfort in mind. The set out includes:

^ Ground floor: Bedroom 1- queen bed, bathroom + laundry.

^ Mezannine floor: Bedroom 1- queen bed; Bedroom 2- double and single bunk bed plus cot; bathroom, new kitchen, living/dining room, flat screen LCD TV and DVD.

^ Loft : queen bed; single bed and seperate lounge area. Loft can double up as big kids or parent's escape with TV and DVD.

Used to a beachfront but booked late this year. Lovely change here. Aspect is delightful and presentation of home made us feel v. welcome. Great pictures in all rooms. Christmas week (our first time away from a winter X-mas). Thank you for providing such good facilities for our holiday. Our family were re-united together here after 9 years. Plenty of space. Made good use of the dishwasher, washing machine, showers, own balcony complete with BBQ! Managed to cook X-mas dinner and used every cook pan and container I could find. Very comfortable villa and if it were possible to come again we would love to stay at Atlantis Blue. Will definitely be recommending to our families back at home in Uta of which there are many. Thank you again for such lovely accommodation.

Thank you for a lovely 4 days at your idyllic holiday house. Callala beach is just perfect. Between the gentle sounds of the rolling seas and the early morning dolphin watch from the beach - we loved every minute. I look forward to our return. This was the first family holiday with our 9 month old. It will be a treasured memory. The house offers great amenity and is very cute. We purchased an OJ squeezer and have left it for our future visits.

Really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable - our 10 month old loved the place and her mad crawling was so prolific I think the wooden floors are more polished than when we arrived. Wow! we have had a so much fun. 2 weeks of pure bliss. the location to the beach was fantastic - and the beach itself was amazing - so kid friendly. The house was perfect - a really wonderful beach house. We have no complaints and are already organising next X-mas. Suggestions - none - we knew what to bring so everything was perfect. Perhaps "more time off work and an inhouse baby sitter".
