What a fabulous property! 6 of us stayed here over the new year period and we loved every minute. The views are outstanding and the location to the beach was amazing. The facilities in the house were brilliant and we spent hours just sitting on the deck watching the ocean waves and relaxing. The pool area was great too. The location was nice and quiet with just a short bus ride into Noosa heads. To top of the fabulous week at the house was the lovely Henry and Bernie who were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We would definatly be coming back to stay here soon and would highly recommend the place.

My friend and I stayed for a week and just loved this house! We live in Tasmania and found the house had everything we needed and was very comfortable and private. The weather was perfect and the pool fabulous and we swam every day. The house is close to Noosa, lots of eating places and other areas were easily accessible by vehicle. We would most definitely stay again and we are recommending it to all our friends!

If you are looking for a superb location, exemplary accommodation and exceptionally helpful hosts then this is the property for you. We stayed for 10 days and were often totally happy to just watch the sea or read a book whilst relaxing on the deck and simply enjoying the locale. Fishing & boat hire were great, the beach a 5 minute walk and well worth it and when combined with an excellent range of dining available within Noosa and Noosaville, it all added up to a fantastic break. Thanks Henry and Bernie, we loved it.

it was great to come back to the ultimate beach house! The upstairs entertainment space is just fantastic and the garden and pool is just what you need for a holiday with kids. Everything about this house reflects the high standards of the landlords.

This house is so beautiful! We stayed here for one week and from the moment you walk in you feel like you are on the perfect vacation. The guest rooms are wonderful with loads of space, the master bedroom looks out over the Sunshine beach and the kitchen is large and fully equipped. The view is amazing, we watched dolphins and whales in the surf almost every morning during our stay. The beach is a short walk away as well. Henry and Bernie were very genuine and accommodating and a pleasure to meet. We will stay here again without a doubt!

We would like to thank both Henry and Bernie for making our stay so wonderful. The house was lovely, very clean and well presented and just what we expected. They were helpful and made us feel very welcome, especially as we had just arrived from England and feeling very jetlagged.
We spent our mornings breakfasting on the verandah with beautiful ocean views, listening to the parrots in the trees. The day in the pool or walking on the beach.
We would highly recommend the house and if we are in Queensland again, we would definitely re-book.

A beautifully presented home, met by the hosts upon arrival, walks on the beach as the sun comes up returning for breakfasts on the balcony watching dolphins and whales pass by, lunch and afternoons by the pool. We've just spent a wonderful week in Noosa at the perfect accommodation. The ultimate beach house was just that, 'ultimate'. Meticulously clean, tastefully furnished, views to die for and a very warm welcome (plus a chilled bottle of champagne) from Bernie. What a great place for an extended family holiday. We loved BBQ's on the balcony with the sensational ocean views. The amazing tropical gradens attract wonderful birds, who keep you company as you relax. The direct beach access was our daily adventure to a beautiful beach prefect for building sandcastles and walks past happy and friendly locals. This house definitely lives up to its name!

A $1,000,000+ view! Wonderfully landscaped! I never wanted to leave the front deck...sat there for hours enjoying the view.

As a family of 8, from 6yrs to 70 yrs old, and being our first trip to Noosa for my early birthday present it had to be special. The location and the beach house itself surpassed itself. We chilled out by the pool, walked down to the deserted but sensational beach, and sat watching the sunrise and sunset on the balcony - a little taste of heaven in Noosa. We are already planning a return visit. Thank you Henry for not keeping this piece of paradise to yourself!

We found the house brialliant and the breezes such that we didnt need any air conditioning.
The seafood shop north near the second round about is superb for fresh fish and the fruit and vege shop next door brilliant as well.
The hardest part of the stay is to workout how to put the pay TV on for the children.
If you have any problems than Bernie or Henry and so polite and always happy to help out.

We have just returned from a fabulous weeks holiday staying at The Ultimate Beach House. Fantastic location, beautiful views of the beach, wonderful private pool and Henry and Bernie are fantastic hosts. We have stayed in some wonderful properties worldwide and the Ultimate Beach House would be up there with the best of them. Simply decorated in a laid back beachhouse style, it still provides all necessary comforts and everything works! The garden is beautiful, the pool is a joy - and having breakfast and dinner on the verandah with that spectacular view is really special. Thanks, Henry!
