"My wife and I stayed here with our three children in August 2008. We had previously been travelling in China and had come to Palm Cove via Sydney and Uluru. What an excellent, comfortable apartment in which to unwind. A wonderful outlook across a magnificent pool which was a little chilly to swim in for long during the winter months (although the children did so). The bath-temperature hot tub/spa pool was great to relax in both during the day and after dark where you could sit amongst the bubbles and gaze at the stars from beneath the palm trees. (We don't get opportunities like that in Hastings, England!)
The esplanade is traffic calmed and is a peaceful place to wander. Plenty of eating opportunities and a two small supermarkets for those wishing to self cater. We hired a car from the airport in Cairns and found lots of interesting places to visit including the butterfly sanctuary in Kurumba, rainforests, waterfalls, crocodile spotting on the Dainbtree River, fantastic tropical gardens and boardwalk in Cairns etc. We splashed out on a day trip by air to Lizard Island where we were able to snorkel from the beach over pristine coral and the giant clam gardens. It was just fantastic. Would I recommend it here? You bet I would. The apartment was modern, spacious clean and very comfortable. Telephone help was available if we needed it. We were able to park the car directly under the apartment block. Florence was very helpful throughout the booking process. You are probably bored reading this by now but I hope you get the picture. Our stay in Palm Cove was an absolute delight & we were blown away by the quality of your Apartment. As we were part of a large group in Palm Cove for a wedding, the guests were staying in various other accommodations, which gave us the opportunity to make comparisons. There is no doubt that Amphora was the supreme location & your apartment was just fantastic!

The design of the facility protects it from the winds & the pool is the best we have seen anywhere. The link with the other apartment for our daughter gave us all our own privacy & was a major success for our situation. Whilst it was always going to be a happy stay, it was made even better by the
class of the facility. We will certainly pass on our compliments to others & should we have the opportunity to visit again, will have no hestitation in taking up your offer as a return guest.

We had a fantastic holiday; now back in Adelaide, unfortunately!!
There is no question; your apartment is the best in the resort and the resort in our opinion is the best in Palm Cove, we enjoyed it thoroughly.
There was nothing better than watching the sun rising and setting, sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool. When we return one day, you can expect a call!! Once again many thanks.-Phil & Deb (Adelaide)

Your apartment was fantastic - I think your balcony was the best!! We all enjoyed our first stay in Palm Cove and will be back. The pool was great to look at and we used it every day. I have emailed Sandra to tell her what a good holiday we had and I will possibly want to book again next year when I will be holidaying with my two sisters possibly

"As I booked over the internet I was rather unsure of exactly what we would arrive to- I nearly fell out the bus when we arrived!! what a beautiful resort and beautiful destination. The room is fully self contained with high quality items. Make sure you book a pool view room though. What a great pool! Could not fault this place at all- PARADISE!!!
