This is a beautifully renovated home situated in the peaceful sought after "Silverleaves" area. located within walking distance of the magnificent Cowes Golf Club, 300 metres to a child safe and secluded bay beach and 150 metres to the Silverleaves Cafe which is renowned for hearty breakfasts, lunches and superb coffee.
The house has loads of character with polished boards throughout, 3 large sized bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe and storage space,two large open plan living areas and a family size kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. Flat screen TV( wall mounted),VCR,DVD & CD player are also available for use.
Air conditioning and a Wood heater will ensure all weather conditions are catered for.
The quiet court location, outdoor deck in peaceful surroundings all lend itself to a very relaxing break away.

very cosy and perfectly suited to a family holiday with two toddlers. Appreciated the closeness to the beach, the beautiful locality and the kid-safe features such as one level living, open plan areas and general safety. We had a lovely time.

We had a wonderful weekend the house is really lovely very clean and comfortable. We were given a complimentry bottle of wine on our arrival. The house is also situated in a very nice area. We would definately stay again in the future.

We've had a great time at Phillip Island.
Your house is in a great position. The beach was fantastic for our little kids, especially at low tide.
The house was just perfect size for us and it had everything we needed - especially air-con, as Australia Day was extreamly hot.
Once again thanks, and we hope to be back at some stage in the future.

Our stay was wonderful, the house was clean, well appointed and there was plenty of space for our 2 little ones. The location is great, just a short walk to the cafe and beach. Thanks, we will be back.

Very comfy stay...fairly close to main drag by car...lovely area in Silverleaves...good walking environment...clean,
well laid out accommodation. Complementary bottle of the red stuff as well !

Sleepy Hollow was an absolute delight. Not only was everything neat, clean and tidy, but there were also little surprises for the children - like a tv in every room and lego blocks to play with, as well as a trampoline outside. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds were comfortable we fell in love with the area. We will definitely be back again. Great value for money! Thank you, everything was perfect.
