This property is situated on Picadilly Hill & has beautiful views back to Lennox Head. Peaceful if you want it to be or 10 Mins to Byron Bay to party. Picadilly Hill is the highest point in the Byron Shire so the views are four fold- sea, hills & lights of Ballina & Lennox Head at night & of course the amazing storms out to sea -the lightning is beautiful-The food is excellent & pricing pretty good - don't forget the local markets & farmer's markets & all the other good things to consume your time & help you relax.

"We had a lovely 7 day break at Chinzea. The house was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Ellen, the owner, is very friendly and she endevours to make your stay as stress free as possible. Ellen kindly let us bring our little King Charles Cavalier with us and she ran her little legs off and had a wonderful holiday as well. Staying at Chinzea gives quick and easy access to all surrounding beautiful towns and villages. We would definetly recommend staying at this property. "

"What a lovely location for a holiday! Chinzea house is a lovely well-appointed and tastefully decorated cottage with ample lawn surrounding it. From the long front deck there are views to the ocean, and the sea breezes found us easily. Our dog was well-catered for (lawn, decks and a big thank-you to Ellen for allowing our dog inside!) and our day trips to the beach, town and markets were perfect, making Chinzea House a lovely quiet getaway but close to everything we wanted to see."

"Chinzea is a magnificent country homestead of five star rating, tucked away peacefully in the Byron hills. Our family holiday there was superb because of the great location overlooking the lush country side and in close range of beautiful beaches, quaint towns, cafe's, resturants and good fishing spots. The homestead is spacious and well-equipped for maximum comfort. We were very impressed with the gorgeous interior including country furnishings and paintings creating a warm atmosphere.
