The Avalon Beach House is a fantastic 3 bedroom house that can sleep up to 8 people and all less than 150m walk to the shops of AvalonVillage and the golden sands of Avalon Beach just beyond.

Coming in the front door, the house opens up with a wonderful designer walk through kitchen and dining table and a separate living area with LED TV and Foxtel system. There is also a wonderful lounge that looks out over the courtyard so you can sit back in the afternoons and either watch the children play or read one of your favourite books.

The Master bedroom has a deluxe sized KING bed that looks out over the rear courtyard of the house. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom also has a double bed with a fantastic childrens loft bedroom above the 3rd room which currently also has a double bed in it. The house has the ability to sleep up to 8 people. There is 1 main bathroom as well as a 2nd toilet in the laundry.

The top level of the courtyard has a great outdoor dining area that looks down to the house and there is a gas BBQ as well so you can have the traditional Aussie BBQ at any time of the day or night.

With wireless internet as well as a desktop computer also connected to the internet, you can stay in touch with the world if you need to.
