Recently renovated and refurnished. Kitchen has new Caesarstone benchtop and all mod cons including dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator. Modern BBQ available. Washing machine and dryer.

Accommodates six people - 2 double beds and 2 king size singles. Ensuite to master bedroom, separate bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Toilet downstairs.

Lock up garage - internal entry to house.

Austar, DVD, VCR, CD Stereo and IPOD dock. Wireless internet available on request.

Very attractively furnished and decorated. Loads of atmosphere.

Across the road from Belongil Beach. Cafes/restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Beautiful Belongil Creek
is close by and definitely worth seeing, particularly at sunset.
You can't see the ocean from the house, but you can hear the waves as you drift off to sleep.

"Great location - you are down at the beach in a few mins, and in Byron Bay in 15 mins but away from the hustle and bustle of the town. What made it for us was the cafe next door which served good coffee and food. We often rolled out of bed in the morning to make the cafe our first stop. The house itself was well equipped with all the comforts of home and mod cons. We loved sitting on the verandah reading our books and chatting. Wished we stayed longer -we'll certainly be back but for a longer stay! "

"We opened the door and immediately felt welcomed by the beachy feel of the living area. The linen on the beds was crisp and white and all the rooms were lovely and clean. Great location, nice and quiet. The Belongil Beach is glorious and just across the road from Beverley's. Very wasy 10 mnute walk to the main shops and nightlife of Byron Bay or an $8 taxi ride. "

"A simple,spacious beach cottage.Moments away from Belongil beach.Cozy,peaceful.A large bath,and two great showers.We found it a perfect setting,a twenty minite beach walk into town.Restful enough,to feel too,that you were in a peaceful setting.Two groovy cafes nearby,if breakfast,lunch or evening meal took your fancy.The biggest compliment we can give ,is that we will rebook Beverlys"

"We had a great time here - a sensational location across the road from the beach, next door to a yoga centre and two excellent cafes. You can walk into Byron Bay town centre along the beach in 10-15 mins, or a two min drive - perfect access without the hustle of town centre. The house itself was equipped with literally everything from a coffee machine + BBQ to huge TV + cable and internet access, and we enjoyed lazing outside in the garden with visiting frogs and birds, and inside the light and airy rooms. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway! Thanks so much Beverley, we could not have been happier."
