Seabeds is an architect-designed, 3 bedroom townhouse a stone's throw from Jervis Bay. Direct beach access - no roads to cross. A nature-strip is all that separates Seabeds from Jervis Bay.

Walk 20m to the white sand & stroll along miles of uninhabited beach. Swim, snorkel or fish the gentle shoreline.

Enjoy a BBQ on the balcony listening to the waves. At night, more stars than you can count!

Upstairs there is an open-plan lounge and dining room, kitchen and 2 balconies. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms (main with ensuite), 2 bathrooms (including ensuite), laundry and garage.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, large sandwich maker, coffee grinder & plunger, full size fridge, range of serving platters & granite benchtops.

Seabeds has 2 large flat-screen TVs plus 2 DVD players, CD player, iPod/MP3 dock and video player with a range of movies and games for all ages. Also, beach toys and board games incl. monopoly, chess and backgammon etc.

Seabeds sleeps 8 people in 3 bedrooms: 1 Queen bed with ensuite; 1 Double bedroom; 1 bunkroom (1xDouble + 2xSingles (incl. trundle if needed)) plus a second bathroom. Linen is available if required.

Cot and highchair are available. Babysitter available (Daisycare).

Seabeds has an internal laundry & lock-up garage.

Sorry, no pets.

Minimum 5 nights stay in peak season (Dec & Jan). Minimum 2 nights stay all other times.

Callala Bay

Callala Bay is a quiet, little town on the northern shores of Jervis Bay. It's 3 hours drive from Sydney, 15 minutes from Nowra.

Callala Bay shopping centre is 2 minutes drive or 10 minutes level walk from Seabeds. It includes 2 cafes, a large IGA supermarket, 2 butchers, a newsagency, takeaway food shop, hairdresser & beauty salon, pharmacy, liquor shop, DVD/games hire store, a hardware store (supplying fishing licenses) and a new bait and tackle shop.

From Seabeds, it's a short drive to a range of ocean surf beaches, dolphin cruises, restaurants, clubs, art and craft galleries, scenic walks & other local attractions, including several local markets.

Callala Country Club (5 minutes drive away) has a 9 hole golf course (complete with wallabies & wild ducks), bowls, a bistro and a family-friendly terrace & BBQ.

RATE SEASONS (please see calendar for details)

PEAK:
All of December & January, Easter.
During Peak Seasons: Seven nights stay is $2,150. Five nights is $1,540. Two nights is $720.

SHOULDER:
All of February & March, June long weekend, July school holidays, September 23 to end of November.
During Shoulder Season: Seven nights stay is $1,750. Five nights is $1,250. Two nights is $550.

OFF PEAK:
All other times.
During Off-Peak Season: Seven nights stay is $1,250. Five nights is $900. Two nights is $420.

Check-in time is from 2.30pm. Check-out time is 10.00am. Late check-out may be arranged if there's no-one arriving that day.

LINEN (bed linen, bath towels etc.) is available for an additional $20 per person. We're happy to have the beds made up and ready for you, but some people prefer to bring their own linen.

NOTE:
*All bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights.
*Bookings for December, January and Easter are for a minimum of 5 nights.
*A security bond of $400 always applies, this is fully refundable within 14 days of departure (less any costs for damages or excessive cleaning).
*Payment can be made through PayPal, online direct funds transfer or by mailed cheque. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. Peak season bookings require 50% deposit, with balance due 2 months prior to stay.
