Enjoy this fabulous beachside location in comfort.

Seabeds is a 5 year-old, architect-designed, 3 bedroom townhouse a stone's throw from the bay beach. No roads to cross, a sand-reclaimation nature-strip is all that separates Seabeds from Jervis Bay.

Walk 20m to the white sand & stroll along miles of uninhabited beach. Swim, snorkel or fish the gentle shoreline. Dolphins are sometimes seen close to shore.

Enjoy a BBQ on the balcony listening to the waves. At night, more stars than you can count!

The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, large sandwich maker, coffee grinder & plunger, full size fridge, range of serving platters & granite benchtops.

Two large plasma TVs plus DVD, PlayStation2, CD, iPod/MP3 dock and video player with a range of movies and games for all ages. Also, 3 bikes, beach toys and board games incl. monopoly, chess and backgammon etc.

Seabeds sleeps 8 people in 3 bedrooms: 1 Queen with ensuite; 1 Double; 1 bunkroom (1xD + 2xS (incl. trundle)) plus second bathroom. Linen is available if required.

Cot and highchair are available. Babysitter available.

Seabeds has an internal laundry & lock-up garage.

Callala Bay

Callala Bay is a quiet, little town on the northern shores of Jervis Bay. It's 3 hours drive from Sydney, 20 minutes from Nowra.

Nearby Callala Bay shopping centre is 2 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk from Seabeds. It includes 2 cafes, a large, well-stocked IGA supermarket, 2 excellent butcher shops, newsagency, chicken/seafood/takeaway shop, hairdresser/beauty salon, chemist, liquor-shop, DVD/games/video hire & a hardware store (supplying fishing licences).

It's a short drive to a range of surf beaches, restaurants, golf course, art and craft galleries, dolphin cruises etc.

PEAK:
All of December & January, 10-28 April 2009 (Easter school holidays).

SHOULDER:
27 June-13 July (school holidays) 2009, 19 September to end November 2009, February 2010.

OFF PEAK:
All other times.

LINEN (bed linen, bath towels etc.) is available for an additional $20 per person. We're happy to have the beds made up and ready for you but some people prefer to bring their own linen.

NOTE:
*Bookings for December & January are for a minimum of 5 nights.
*A security bond of $400 always applies, this is fully refundable within 7 days of departure.
*Payment can be made through PayPal, online direct transfer or by cheque. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has cleared. Peak season bookings require 50% deposit, with balance due 2 months prior to stay.
