Kullindi Homestead, established in 1880, situated within Jervis Bay Territory two and a half hours by road south of Sydney, the Heritage listed homestead is found at the end of a delightful woodland drive through Booderee National Park.

Enjoy the private spacious grounds ( 5 acres) on the edge of Sussex Inlet waterway.
Cricket, Badminton & Croquet sets for the active or just take a cane chair a glass of
wine a book and relax under one of the hundred year old pine trees in the grounds of the homestead.

Take a Kullindi hire boat to go shopping, fishing, to the beach
or just cruise the waterway, a boat licence is not required.

Within the setting there are kangaroos and an exceptional variety of wild birds.
Bushwalking trails extend from the property to St.Georges Basin.
Bherwerre beach, a few minutes from the Homestead.
Excellent fishing from the 100m of deep waterfront,private jetty,safe swimming.
Enjoy Devonshire tea by the water on the lawns of the homestead grounds.

Relax in the private gardened courtyard with your friends,includes two all weather barbecues,gas fired with woks burners, cooking utensils supplied.

The beautifully kept homestead enjoys a max. of 20 guests.
Accommodation with unique water,park or private courtyard views all with verandas.

The units include bathrooms and kitchens, TV’ etc,
all with microwave, frypan, hotplate, and kitchen utensils.
Doonas, & linen provided, overhead fans in all main bedrooms.
Whipbird house includes open fire & bath.

LOCATION

Kullindi Homestead is a unique property (5 acres) with Booderee National park as the eastern boundry and Sussex Inlet waterway to the west with views to the mountains of the Southern Highlands.
All other properties (4) within the area & Kullindi Homestead are Heritage listed, the other properties are remote from the homestead.
There is no through road, clubs, pubs or traffic noise.
Kulllindi is an ideal place to see nature at its best with an abundance of bird life,
marsupials and fish, a few minutes to the Booderee Botanic gardens.
With Kullindi as a base take in the stunning beaches or go dolphin & whale watching from Jervis Bay.
Visit the wineries of nearby Nowra area.

Kingfisher:- Views across the homestead grounds to Sussex Inlet waterway.
