PRICES BASED ON MAXIMUM 4 ADULTS, 4 CHILDREN.
CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR $3500 (minimum 7 nights, no extra charge for extra adults/children)
JANUARY $2600 (minimum 7 nights, no extra charge for extra adults/children)
ALL-YEAR-ROUND WEEKEND TARIFF $880 (2 nights excludes Christmas/New Year and January - minimum 7 nights) .
OFF PEAK WEEK $1500 (7 nights)
These prices are based on a maximum of 4 adults, 4 children.
Extra adults - $150 each per stay (excludes Christmas/New Year and January per week bookings)
Extra children - no charge.
Sleeps MAXIMUM 6 adults + 4 children OR 8 adults only.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR GROUPS OF MORE THAN 8 ADULTS. We advocate and strictly adhere to the Short Term Rental Accommodation Terms and Conditions and the Holiday Rental Code of Conduct which is applicable to all holiday lets on the stayz site.
Beach Break on Jones is most suitable for family groups (ie 2 x families or the extended family).

The spa jets in the bath (as pictured) have been disabled by an electrician for your safety and to conserve water.
If you wish to bring your family pet this must be disclosed in writing at the time of your Request for Accommodation and will be permitted only at the owners discretion. Please include breed, size and age of your pet. Conditions will apply.
ABOUT JONES BEACH AND MINNAMURRA/KIAMA DOWNS
JONES BEACH
The Jones Beach area of Kiama Downs is a quiet coastal community just north of the tourist town of Kiama. It is a picturesque patrolled beach which is very popular with locals and visitors alike. Jones Beach is located between Minnamurra Village and Bombo Beach.
KIAMA DOWNS/MINNAMURRA
Train to and from Sydney (Minnamurra Station approx 1.5km from Beach Break on Jones)
Buses to/from Shellharbour and Kiama (timetables apply)
Large, well-stocked IGA and IGA bottle shop, cafes/take away and pharmacy within easy walking distance of Beach Break on Jones
Kiama Golf Club (approx 1km from Beach Break on Jones) with courtesy bus from 5.30pm Thursday to Sunday. Great Clubhouse with bistro and wood-fired pizza oven open 7 days for lunch and dinner
Pristine Minnamurra River is perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking and all calm water activities (approx 1.2 km from Beach Break on Jones). Great coffee, food, cakes and paintings by local artists for sale at The General Store cafe in Minnamurra.
FURTHER AFIELD
Meander down country lanes, past verdant dairy farms and pastures filled with contented cows and horses to experience the good old Aussie country town of Jamberoo with its historic Jamberoo Pub (see Pub website for the very popular Live and Intimate Shows featuring new and old Aussie bands) and cafe. Only 20 minutes drive from Beach Break on Jones.
Minnamurra Rainforest can be found further west of Jamberoo. It is located in the escarpment foothills of the Jamberoo Valley. Try either the Rainforest Loop Walk or the Falls Walk, both equally breathtaking.
Do not forget to check out the Illawarra Fly Treetop Walk (a 500m elevated walk in the treetops 25m above ground) and Jamberoo Action Park (water-based theme park) as well.
If you're game and feeling fit why not start the coastal walk (all 20km of it but divided into three sections) at Beach Break on Jones heading south passing Cathedral Rocks, The Boneyard, Bombo Beach, Kiama Town Centre then on through lush fields hugging the rocky coastline all the way to Gerringong. Take some money for the train ride back from Gerringong to Minnamurra Station and Beach Break on Jones.
