Description

Lavender Cottage has been lovingly restored with style and quality, and retains the quirky old world character of the late eighteen hundreds. Situated right in the heart of town, with a fabulous view to Wombat Hill, it is an easy stroll to the gourmet restaurants, shops and art galleries of Daylesford.

Such good value accommodation!

Lavender Cottage is fully self contained, ideal for a romantic weekend away or for a longer break with friends or family. It has a full kitchen with gas cooking, microwave, all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, a sparkling bathroom with huge double spa and shower, polished floorboards and welcoming Ned Kelly wood fire.

There are two bedrooms, each complete with luxurious bedding, wonderful pillows and rich linen - one antique queen brass bed and two singles, all with electric blankets.

Step outside on the new north facing deck, complete with outdoor setting, where you can enjoy a leisurely lunch overlooking the garden. It is the perfect environment to kick back and relax.

In summer, enjoy a walk around the lake, while in winter, settle down in front of the fire with your favourite book and a glass of top quality local red.

Lavender Cottage is a hidden treasure in Daylesford!
