Fully self-contained and comfortably sleeps 6.

Downstairs rumpus room/bedroom is also available upon request, price negotiable, to sleep another 2 people.

Features also include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, 68cm colour TV with DVD, Video and a wide selection of DVD's.

Portable airconditioning unit provided for the hotter days.

Tranquil, extra large, tree-lined backyard to enjoy. There is an outdoor shower to freshen up with, and wash down the sand.

Local shops including takeaway, post office, general store, and petrol station are only 1 minute walk. 2 minute drive to local shopping centre. 15 minute drive to major Stockland shopping centre in Nowra.
