Arlington is perched on top of the Otway Ranges on 12 acres of rolling green hills.
There are three dams on the property where you can swim, fish or catch yabbies, as well as many walking tracks through lush fern gullies.
The house has been built from local timber and has a country farmhouse fell with timber floorboards, wood fire, wide verandas and even a piano. Recent renovations have added extra comforts including a new bathroom with spa bath, reverse cycle heating and air conditioning, and all new furniture, bedding and linen.
