Description

This large and beautiful house has the advantage of having a deck high above the road at the front and a deck at the back with gas mains BBQ.
The house is sun filled during the day with spectacular views of the harbour, from Darling Harbour to Wollstonecraft and with the Harbour Bridge in full sight. At night it is a magical sight with the city lights and any firework displays in full view.

The whole of the living area is on the upper floor: The lounge and dining area is large and comfortable with polished timber floors.
A very well equipped excellent kitchen.
A spacious laundry with washing machine and drier, pull out ironing board and a back yard (with a clothes line if required). The garden is tended by the gardener.
On the ground floor.
The spacious main bedroom, (queen bed) has a comfortable sitting area, a large walk in wardrobe and an en-suite modern bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a single bed with a single pull out bed to enable it to sleep two children/persons. If there are two children who require separate rooms the study also on the ground floor has ample room for the single extra bed.
The main spacious modern bathroom has a shower over the bath.
There is also a powder room with a toilet and washbasin.

Broadband internet connection available if required (monthly contract fee).
Off street parking for one car for a second car there is street parking.
This is superb family house that has everything necessary for a most enjoyable stay. It about 200m to the ferry terminal and also the bus stop. Bus every 10 minutes and 15 minutes travel to the centre of the city.(QVB)
The express ferry talks about 10 minutes to Circular Quay.
The delights of the Balmain peninsular (Restaurants, shops, weekly market, cafes, the Dawn Fraser sea pool) are only minutes away.

Short or long term rentals taken.
Prices are for weekly short stays but the rental price is negotiable for 6 weeks or longer. If an internet modem is required please inform us prior to arrival.

A bond of $2000 is required which will be refunded after a satisfactory inspection of the house at the end of the tenancy.
Fee for a professional clean on departure.
