The Salt Shaker is a warm and inviting beach house....home away from home. Best suited to a couple or a family of 5/6.
The house can accommodate six (6) guests maximum. (1 double bed, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and trundle). The number of beds provided indicates the number of persons permitted to stay overnight as to comply with insurance and fire regulations.
No caravans or tents are allowed on the property.
The Salt Shaker is situated a short walk to Middleton beach and only a short distance to all township facilities. Relax on the deck, listen to the waves roll in and enjoy the peacefulness. Located in a quiet street at Middleton. Great base for golfing, swimming, surfing, reading, bike riding, wine tasting and just relaxing with family and friends.
The beaches at Middleton offer great surfing during the winter months. In fact, winter is the best time to get in the water. During July & August the whales come up and visit the waters on the South Coast and you can view them from a number of vantage points along the coast.
We take a bond of $250. This is refunded after inspection of the house providing there is no property damage and the house is in a clean state.
The house is a non-smoking property.
The rear yard is fully fenced.
We have a minimum of 3 nights stay on long weekends.
The property has a split system airconditioner providing heating and cooling, an ensuite style bathroom, timber floors to main living areas and carpet to bedrooms.
Quilts, pillows and blankets are supplied for the beds but you will need to bring your own linen and towels. If you are travelling from interstate or overseas we will supply for you.
We offer the house at an affordable rate so that families can enjoy our property as much as we do....

Tariff is for a maximum of 5 persons. Bed linen can be hired for $10 per bed per stay. We take a $250 bond which is refunded within 7 days after inspection of the property with no damage/breakages.
