BIG HOUSE: PET FRIENDLY! About 14km from Coffs Harbour.
Character filled rustic Beach House nestled behind the dunes in one of the BEST positions in Sawtell, this comfy beach house offers a chef friendly stainless steel kitchen, a 10 seat dining table, a relaxing open-space living area downstairs with air-con, and a Bali bed.
Upstairs are 2 Q bedrooms + 1 single bed joint ensuite with shower and spa bath, rumpus room with pull out couches if needed, lots of room to spread out.
Take your own BEACH PATH at the bottom of the garden to gorgeous Sawtell beach with rock pools, headland and surf.
Cafes, cinema, pubs and art shops all a short stroll.

"Shellies on the Beach - the Big House was perfect for my husband and I and our 4 small children. It had amble sleeping space and lots of room for the kids to run around and explore outside. The beach was just a short walk down the path from the house and totally secluded so we felt like we had our own private beach. The owners and property manager were just super to work with and made our stay really enjoyable. I would highly recommend Shellies on the Beach."
