Situated on Queenslands Sunshine Coast, less than one and a half hours north of Brisbane, this contemporary 3-level pole house has magnificant views of rolling surf and rocky headlands. A short walk (150 metres) brings you to a secluded beach, with the main patrolled surfing beach only minutes away. Noosa, with its renowned restaurants and shopping opportunities, is an easy 15 minutes drive to the north.

The house accommodates 8, with two queensize bedrooms overlooking the ocean, one with en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe, while a third bedroom on this upper level has three single beds (one trundle). This level also has a large bathroom with shower and spa, and a separate toilet. A study with a day bed is on the second level, as well as a large, fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge and dining room, guest toilet, and laundry. Enjoy expansive ocean views while lunching on the deck or relaxing in front of the entertainment centre (TV(2),DVD(2), VCR and CD sound system). The lower level accommodates a double garage, a games room with bar and sound system, and an outdoor barbecue area. Each level has a wrap-around deck which allows full advantage of the spectacular views.

The house is currently booked over the Christmas/ New Year season from 23 December 2005 to 21 January 2006.
