From Sydney to Cottage Point it is only a 40 minute drive by car through Ku-ring-gai National Park or a 20 minute sea plane ride to the pontoon at the house.

Enjoy the serenity of Cottage Point with spectacular views from all rooms. Sit back and relax on one of the balconies with friends or lounge in the outdoor spa overlooking the water. Those keen to try their hand at fishing can drop a line to catch a wide variety of estuary fish.

MODERN FACILITIES ...

The house has it all - equipped with a fully integrated Plasma TV and hi-fi system accessible by control panels throughout the house. Sit back and watch all those major events and movies in front of the large screen whilst the children can play their Play Station/Xbox on the widescreen plasma in the rumpus room.

The house features three double bedrooms all with spectacular water views and bathrooms on each floor. With two separate kitchens you can arrange an intimate dining experience or casual entertaining on the deck downstairs.

A short stroll will find you at the Cottage Point Kiosk which is a great place to sit and enjoy light meals or pick up some supplies. They also provide hire of motor boats and kayaks. At night you can have an a la carte dining experience at the Cottage Point Restaurant.

  • "This house is truly magnificant. Every window has a magical view of the landscape or water views. Every detail has been well planned by the owners, from the crockery to the bedding. We had a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the spa on the deck while relaxing to some 80's music through the outdoor stereo. the fishing was a success with everyone catching fish. We had a few visitors, local birds and Kookaburras visiting, as well as the ducks. We will definitely be back!"

  • "As with what Jan said, the driveway is very narrow and steep so take care driving down. The house itself has a really unique and amazing architectural design with 3 levels. The first being the lounge room and main kitchen area. The second level being the bedrooms. The third level being a little play area and little kitchen with access to the back where there's a jetty and outdoor spa. This place is very clean and well maintained - apart from a few leaves and spider webs at the front entrance :-) It's situated in a very quiet and peaceful place. Very relaxing. I will definitely be visiting this place again."

I don't think, as a holiday renter, I could suggest anymore. They had thought of everything. All except one thing. There wasn't a great deal of fish to catch. But, that's asking too much from the owners to supply hungry fish at your doorstep. Very well done to you and owners. We had a ball."
